Biography
Salvador brings 15 years of hands-on experience at the crossroads of energy infrastructure, finance, and execution—where big ideas either get built or get stuck. He has worked as a senior business development leader, consultant, operator, and entrepreneur, helping complex projects move from concept to capital to construction. His core strength lies in structuring deals that work
in the real world, spanning project and structured finance, corporate development, and sustainable bond frameworks.
At High Impact, Salvador translated complexity into clarity, preparing issuer investment summaries, strategic plans, and due diligence that investors could trust. He later founded a clean tech consultancy under Founders Advisors, advising startups across power, fuels, storage, carbon, minerals, and industrial supply chains on capital formation and go-to-market strategy.
His career also includes AI-driven environmental analytics, large-scale CCUS and emissions reduction programs, solar asset tokenization, and international energy development. Earlier roles at Mitsubishi Bank and a billion-dollar oil & gas subsidiary gave him deep institutional perspective—bridging Wall Street discipline with next-generation infrastructure innovation.

Amy is an entrepreneur, investor, and
strategic advisor with a proven record in building companies and raising capital. She co-founded two startups, raising $25 million, and secured $5 to $30 million for KiwiTech portfolio companies. Amy has served on advisory boards and invested in early-stage tech startups for six years, offering guidance in capital strategy, investor engagement, and business development.
As Senior Vice President of Investor and Corporate Relations at KiwiTech, Amy grew the investor network from 200 to 400+ members and linked over 150 founders with active investors. Previously, she served as Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of FaktorZ and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Cadence LLC. Earlier, she developed a $30 million real estate portfolio for a development firm, enhancing her expertise in large-scale asset development.
Amy has a network of over 700 personal investors, including angel investors and family offices. She raised $10 to $15 million for charities and advises clean tech and climate tech startup founders. Based in New Mexico, she supports the state's startup ecosystem and fosters innovation-driven growth.

Mitchell Posada has mentored startups since 2000. With over 20 years of experience, he has been an angel investor and advisor to more than 30 startups, providing insights that help founders grow from early ideation to scale.
At Founder Advisors, Mitchell was the acting CEO, spearheading sales, service design, recruitment, strategic partnerships, and operations initiatives. His leadership expanded the firm’s reach and significantly impacted the startup ecosystem, supported by a network of over 500 venture capital firms and venture-building organizations.
Mitchell held a VC Fellowship at Alumni Ventures Group, gaining experience in deal sourcing and due diligence. He is an Advisor to Strawberry Creek Ventures and a Go-to-Market Coach at GrowthX, where he guided six teams in market strategies. He also advised a High Alpha and IU Health Venture Studio portfolio company to pivot successfully before acquisition.
Mitchell has a personal network of over 800 investors, including angels, family offices, venture studios, private equity firms, and institutional VCs. He connects founders with capital and creates lasting value in the venture ecosystem.
